It looks like there won't be any wedding bells in the near future for actress Evangeline Lilly.

The Hobbit star shares in her January interview with Ocean Drive magazine that she's not the one for marriage and weddings. "Every other 16-year-old girl wanted to look at bridal magazines; I could not have been more bored with the notion", quotes New York Daily News. The Lost alum further adds that she's quite content with her current life. E! quotes the actress, "We love each other today, and we hope we'll love each other tomorrow. In my world, I don't believe in forever promises. I don't think it's realistic."

The actress adds that her 'wedding' may make sense at a more logistical point. "I have an American son and an American partner, so marriage might logistically make sense at one point. My partner is a stay-at-home father, so if he wants to be on my health plan, or taxwise, or maybe on paper we want to have our I's dotted and our T's crossed," quotes People.

However, one thing Lilly is more prepared and willing to do is to have more children even saying that her first pregnancy was bliss for her. However, she further adds that instead of getting pregnant she would opt to adopt.

Lilly is currently in a long-time relationship with her partner, Norman Kali. The couple has a 3 year old son together named Kahekili.

When it came to how fame appealed to her, the actress admits that she and fame were incompatible. Just Jared quotes, "Fame didn't fit well with me. It just didn't work for me. What's happened over the years is I've had to find ways to come to terms with it and understand it in a new way, and not turn my nose up to it and think that it's all sort of perverse and distorted. I had to learn not to throw the baby out with the bathwater."
