Apple iPad Pro Likely To Arrive With A Stylus; 3D-Handwriting to Become a Reality?

Latest reports indicate that Apple may introduce the iPad Pro with a stylus and the pen will possibly arrive later in 2015. The stylus will be an elective accessory as the focus is not to raise the base price of iPad Pro.

Speaking on the stylus, the wireless option will be charged with a Lightning connector, and there are talks about additional sensors to enable "3D handwriting". It is still not very clear if the stylus would be compatible with other iPad models, but the main objective is to improve the writing experience of the users. The presence of the stylus will not make any significant rise in sales but is sure to create a specific customer group among the educational institutions and corporate sector. The prospect of having an Apple stylus amongst us seems a lot more reliable today.

Whether the Insider reports about stylus or Apple Pen are just rumors or not, one should note that those rumors stem from KGI Securities, and Ming-Chi Kuo is looked upon as a reliable Apple analyst. He had unraveled a couple of secrets in the past, and his focus is now on the new fancy stylus accessory from Apple's mega iPad.

The big iPad is geared towards creative users and artists who can use the stylus to do their tablet-based artwork. Kuo talks about 3D Handwriting about the upcoming hardware changes for the first generation. The presence of the stylus and its usage is seen as deviance from the philosophies that were carried forward by Steve Job on tablets. It seems that Apple is fast moving ahead of the Steve Jobs era but has still competition ahead from other companies.
