Insurgent is the much awaited movie sequel of 'Divergent' starring Shailene Woodley (Tris) and Theo James (Four), directed by Robert Schwentke and produced by Douglas Wick.

As everyone can recall, this is a sci-fi romance movie in which the heroine unlocks her past and her future by discovering her power among the fugitives who were up against the group Erudite led by Kate Winslet (Jeanine) who plays the main villain in the movie. It is confirmed that the movie will be rated PG-13 because there are lots of violence and other sensual scenes.

Insurgent will be released in March 20, 2015, and the producers are hoping to exceed the revenue of the previous sequel.

Staying hidden and low from the eyes of the Erudite, Tris and Four managed to recruit enough number of insurgents and the 'Factionless' group, who will help them overtake the army of Erudite. It's known that Jeanine is in search of a potential insurgent that has the capability to open a mysterious object which contains information about the five symbols of faction, and it happens to be Tris. Tris was held captive and forced to fight against her own self in the process of unleashing her true identity.

To protect her family and friends, Tris has to embrace the power within her. This is a story that opens up human's sense of survival. Roth's third novel will be put into film in the coming years specifically in 2016 and 2017. The film will be co-starred by Ashley Judd, Zoë Kravitz, Maggie Q, Keiynan Lonsdale, Mekhi Phifer, Miles Teller, Ray Stevenson, Jai Courtney and Octavia Spencer.
