Bethany should keep on running as mother is hot in her heels in the latest episode of Coronation Street. Fleeing from Milan for Weatherfield, Lucy Fallon's character will surely be in shock by the re-appearance of Tina O'Brien's Sarah-Louise Platt. Bethany's return was revealed in a trailer by ITV.

O'Brien shares in an interview about her experience back in the set after seven years, "It's been weirdly normal. I thought I was going to walk in and feel like the new girl, but it's not been like that at all. I did a scene in the Platts' the other day and I thought someone was going to pinch me and say I'd just been in a coma all this time," Radio Times quotes the actress.

O'Brien joined the show at the tender age of 16 and her character, named Sarah Lou back then, made headlines in 2000 because of the whole teenage pregnancy issue. She was last seen by Coronation Street viewers last 2007 when she left for Milan with her daughter Bethany. During her departure from the series that year, O'Brien's worked for other series such as Casualty and Wartloo Road. Her character will be coming back to Coronation Street following her daughter who had just arrived a week ago and is currently stirring up all kinds of trouble. Now that she's working with Fallon as her daughter, the Coronation Street veteran also shares that she also feels some kind of responsibility towards her co-star.

Express quotes O'Brien, "I do feel quite protective of her. There are 12 years between us, and Sarah had Bethany when she was 13 so, actually, it is quite similar." She also reveals on how much has changed since her first appearance. "I still feel like the same person in some ways, but when I left I was 24 and I had no responsibilities. I've come back and I've got two children, so now I'm trying to juggle work and home life. I feel more content now than I was then, though."

Coronation Street will be airing Sarah's return on March 30.
