Maleficent's daughter is coming to Storybrooke!

Hypable reports that Agnes Brucker is confirmed to play as the adult version of Emma's childhood friend, Lily, who is apparently the long-lost daughter of Maleficent. Previously, it has been reported that Brucker was casted into the series but was not revealed on what character she will be portraying. Lily as a child was previously portrayed by Nicole Munoz. We know now that she was separated from her mother, no-thanks to Snow White and Prince Charming. The upcoming episode will also reveal on what Lily had been up to all those years since she got separated from Emma, about her star birthmark or if she is evil within. Furthermore, we might also see if ever things will be the same between Emma and Lily or if the whole revelation will put a rift in their friendship.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the show's executive producer, Edward Kitsis, gave a bit of an insight about Lily and what's possibly in store for her. "They thought they killed the baby and now we realize Lily is out there, so the next step is someone has to reunite that child with Maleficent. When we met Lily, she didn't seem like a bad person, but she was lying to Emma. Lying came second nature to her. What we're going to see is: We're all faced with choices and it's the choices you make. What happened to Lily and how she grew up is something we're going to really explore."

Emma, played by Jennifer Morrison, will also be faced with the unfolding story of her parents' dark secret while they are on a witch hunt for The Author, who is played by Patrick Fischler, from whom they might request for a rewrite, or in Regina's case, a happy ending.

Once Upon A Time season 4's episode 19 is entitled "Heart of Gold".
