Khloe Kardashian addressed the rumours that her stepdad, Caitlyn Jenner, is thinking about having a gender reassignment surgery. According to the reality star, even though Caitlyn did not discuss it with her yet, she is totally on board with the idea.

During her sit-down interview on Sirius XM's "Howard Stern Show," Khloe was asked whether Caitlyn has been more honest with her and the rest of the family after her transition with regard to having a gender reassignment surgery. Khloe did not shy away from the question and responded to it as honestly as she could. She said they have not talked about it, but she cannot understand why Caitlyn will not go through with it as well if her soul is a "woman."

She added that there is a high possibility that Caitlyn will go and do it. "I would say there's an 80-85% [chance]. If your soul is a woman why would you want a d--k still? But that's total speculation!"

Apart from answering the sensitive question point blank, the "Kocktails with Khloe" star denied rumours that Caitlyn is now regretting her transition and just want to be back to being a man. "If your soul is a woman, I don't think she would ever want to be going back to being a man," she explained.

According to Forbes, even if Caitlyn is yet to have gender reassignment surgery, being so vocal about her transition is one of the reasons why employers are starting to realise how diverse their workforce can be. Forbes claimed that there is now a 10% chance that an employer will cover gender reassignment surgery this year. According to Barry Schilmeister, the senior health and benefits consultant in Mercer's New York office, covering such procedures under the employee health plan is now perceived to be a "social responsibility" by employers.
