Dylan O'Brien 2017: 'Maze Runner 3' Star Finally Reunites With Ki Hong Lee, Rosa Salazar, Kaya Scodelario [PHOTO]
The main cast of "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" has finally reunited in South Africa. Although Dylan O'Brien and Thomas Brodie-Sangster were first to arrive in Cape Town last February, Will Poulter and Dexter Darden have also touched down last week. Now Ki Hong Lee, Rosa Salazar and Kaya Scodelario are officially in town for an awesome "Maze Runner 3" reunion.
Ki Hong Lee might be part of the "Maze Runner 3" main cast, but fans were concerned when the actor was nowhere in sight when Dylan O'Brien arrived in South Africa. Although James Dashner's third book featured much of Minho, there were still concerns that the film might not follow what happened in "The Death Cure". After all, "The Scorch Trials" concluded with Thomas' fellow Glader being taken away by WICKED. Luckily, it looks like Lee will be a huge part of the final movie along with Rosa Salazar and Kaya Scodelario.
Dexter Darden has recently posted an awesome photo on Instagram which confirms a major reunion. The actor who plays Frypan shared a picture showing himself with Dylan O'Brien, Ki Hong Lee, Will Poulter, Rosa Salazar, Kaya Scodelario and Thomas Brodie-Sangster. The image is certainly in line with director Wes Ball's teaser about the search for Minho in "Maze Runner 3".
Wes Ball also shared a photo on Twitter that teased the return of Ki Hong Lee as Minho. The "Maze Runner 3" director posted a picture taken from the set of "The Death Cure" showing a man shining a light into a tunnel. The caption teased on the possibility that Dylan O'Brien's Thomas will be out looking for their captured friend in the film.
CeleBeat has recently reported on Dylan O'Brien meeting up with Will Poulter, who was last seen as Gally in the first "Maze Runner" film. The stars are currently working on "Maze Runner 3", which is set for release on January 12, 2018.
