Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho are expected to reunite for "The Heirs 2;" however, various sources claim that the second season of the popular Korean drama may be delayed. Part of the reason behind the delay is the fact that "The Legend of the Blue Sea" actor has recently started his mandatory military enlistment.
Lee Min Ho was recently spotted on the first day of his military enlistment at the Gangnam-gu Office in Seoul, according to The Nation. "The Heirs" actor will be performing his mandatory military duties for two years before he can resume his work in the entertainment industry.
While his military enlistment meant that Lee Min Ho will not be doing any movies or Kdramas in the meantime, the "City Hunter" actor promised fans that he will be returning with a gift. He shared that he understands and empathizes with his fans, who were sad to learn of his military enlistment, reports Soompi.
"I'd like to come back healthy and heal them again with a great project," he promised fans.
This raised speculations that Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye will reunite on "The Heirs 2." After all, their respective roles as Kim Tan and Cha Eun-Sang were well loved by viewers and many believe that a second season will be a great comeback for the actor.
