Michael Lohan is planning a November wedding with pregnant fiancée Kate Major.

Kate Major Rushed To The Hospital After Heavy Bleeding

It's been a rocky few months for the couple. Walsh has been pregnant and incarcerated since her drunk driving arrest back in March, and has been experiencing complications. In August, the 31-year-old mother-to-be was rushed to the hospital after excessive bleeding.

"Kate started bleeding and 911 was called. Several nurses, paramedics and Sergeants responded because of the amount of bleeding," a source told Daily Mail, according to an Oct. 2 report. "She was diagnosed with placenta previa and the baby is in breach position. Kate is a high-risk pregnancy and feels she is not getting the proper medical treatment in jail. Friday at the hospital was the first day Kate was examined by an OBGTN."

This is not Walsh's first complication while serving time at Palm Beach County Jail. According to TMZ, she has suffered at least two episodes of bleeding, and Lohan has concerns over a possible miscarriage, Daily Mail reported.

"I am not going to stop being vocal and exposing the jail until the public hears me, I am not only doing this for Kate and our unborn child, but I am doing this for every other woman that is subject to this kind of treatment by the courts and the jail," he said.

Lohan hired Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, to ensure Major gets the proper treatment. The couple originally requested an early release to obtain proper medical care, but the request was not honored. Major spent eight months in prison, and was released in late September.

Now that Major is released, she and Lohan are putting the final pieces of their lives together. The 54-year-old revealed to Dish Nation his November wedding plans, reported Daily Mail, as he awaits the birth of this seventh child, his second with Major.

When asked if he still planned to pursue legal action against the jail, he responded, "Yes."
