'Legion' Finally Confirms Professor X As David Haller Father, Charles Xavier Still Set For Possible Cameo In 'Chapter 8'

Fans have been waiting for "Legion" to acknowledge its connection to the "X-Men" universe for several weeks. "Chapter 7" finally did so with two epic revelations: the Yellow-Eyed Demon is actually comic book villain Shadow King and David Haller is the biological son of Charles Xavier. The "Legion" star listened patiently as the "Logan" actor discussed his future before jumping in with an offer to have Stewart play his father in the FX show. The real Professor X appeared interested in the idea so it shouldn't be a surprise if he shows up in Season 2. In the meantime, the first season finale "Chapter 8" will air on FX on March 29.
