Kristin Cavallari has addressed critics' claims of her being too thin.

Kristin Cavallari Debuts Thin Post-Baby Body

Folllowing the birth of her second child in May, the former Hills star quickly shed the baby weight and debuted her killer frame during an appearance on Good Mornning America. Since then, she has been accused of being too skinny. In a new interview, Cavallari fought back.

“I know it’s something that’s hard for a lot of women, but people who say I’m too thin don’t have my body or know what I’m eating,” Cavallari revealed to In Touch on Sept. 25.

That being said, the reality star and mother of two admitted to getting "too skinny" after welcoming her first son, Camden, in Aug. 2012. In turn, she paid extra close attention to her diet plan after the birth of baby number two.

“The biggest part of it is eating as naturally as possible,” she explained, adding that she eats tons of vegetables, small portions of fruit, brown rice and quinoa, grass-fed beef, and fish.

Cavallari also tends to a strict exercise regimen.

"I also started working out three weeks after I had Jaxon. Lunges, squats and light weights. I just started Pilates and I love it! It gives me energy.”

In an interview earlier this week, Cavallari announced plans for a third child with husband Jay Cutler. While the Fabulist host previous said she was done after two, she's since changed her mind, and would love to have another baby in "a year or two."
