In a new interview, the Hills star turned designer opened up about how she slimmed down after giving birth to her second child earlier this year. Cavallari also announced she and husband Jay Cutler are already considering the possibility of a third child.

"At the end of the day, I can thank my mom," Cavallari explained to Wetpaint Entertainment on Sept. 22. "I’m also a really big health nut, so I don’t eat any chemicals or preservatives. I never count calories but I always read labels on food, and if there’s a chemical that is crazy, I’m not eating it. Everything in our house is very clean, organic, and as natural as possible."

Cavallari and Cutler began their relationship in late 2010, following Cavallari's split from boyfriend Nick Zano. Although the pair became engaged in April 2011, they called it off just three months later. Then, in Nov. 2011, Cavallari and Cutler rekindled their romance and the former reality star became pregnant with their first child, Camden Jack, who was born on Aug. 8, 2012.

Cavallari and Cutler were married on June 8, 2013 and welcomed second son, Jaxon Wyatt, on May 7, 2014.

Months later, they are considering baby number three!

"Yes. The first couple of months I said I was done, but we’ll have another one," Cavallari confirmed. "I want to take maybe a year or two off. A little break, but I think we’ll probably have another one."
