Jill Duggar-Dillard has been keeping up with a busy schedule since she and her family returned to Central America over a month ago. In February, Jill shared a post on Instagram to announce that she was heading back to Central America, bringing her husband, Derick Dillard, and their son, baby Israel. The family previously returned to their hometown in Arkansas last August.

“We are excited to be back to the work our hearts love so much,” the couple shared on their blog post. “From the early stages of our lives, the Lord has put a deep love and care in both of our hearts for all peoples of the world that they would come to repentance and put their hope in the Lord, Jesus Christ.” Jill Duggar-Dillard is pregnant with her second baby- a boy who is due in July. Since she and her family went back to Central America for their missionary work, they have been traveling and working with locals.

On Jill Duggar-Dillard’s family website, she wrote about being thankful for everyone’s prayers and support. The “Counting On” star opened up about being busy for the past few weeks as she and her husband are working with only a few team members for their missionary work and have often been traveling across multiple countries doing ministry.

Jill Duggar-Dillard also shared her husband’s story, saying that he goes out every week with one or few pastors from the local church and stop over at homes to share the gospel. Aside from his weekly preaching, her 28-year-old husband is also said to have been taking part in basketball games with other men from town.

Jill Duggar-Dillard has become used to making banana bread on a weekly basis, sending the food to Derick who delivers it to families in the local area as another way of helping out. The 25-year-old reality TV star has also been enjoying their fellowship activities with the locals during night church services.

With Israel turning 2 this April and is set to be a big brother soon, Jill Duggar-Dillard further wrote that their son has an easy time making friends with people. He is also having fun with the fresh fruits that are easily available within the area and are often shared with the Dillard family by the locals, including bananas, mangoes and avocados.

Although the family is presently abroad, Jill Duggar-Dillard plans to come back to the United States in anticipation for their second child’s birth. “We will come back for the birth of the baby,” Jill said to People Magazine.
