‘NCIS’ Season 14 Cast News: Mark Harmon, Wilmer Valderrama Expanding CBS Drama’s Universe [SPOILERS]

"NCIS" Season 14 went through a huge change after Michael Weatherly announced that he will be leaving the CBS drama by the end of Season 13. "NCIS" Season 14 newcomer Wilmer Valderrama has put an interesting spin to the CBS drama through his role, Special Agent Nick Torres. The actor was tapped to join the series to fill in the gap after Michael Weatherly exited the show after its thirteenth season.

Speaking to Stuff, Valderrama admitted that he was thrilled when he was asked to join "NCIS" Season 14. The actor shared that he and his family have been "religiously following" the show and that is why he feels honored to be playing a role in the show.

While it may have been hard to join the "NCIS" Season 14 cast, as most of them have already been together since the start of the CBS series, Valderrama explained that he immediately bonded with one of the lead actors, Mark Harmon. According to the actor, he was able to talk to Harmon before they met on set.

Valderrama also shared that he and Harmon are "a great team" and they are trying to "expand the universe" of "NCIS" Season 14. Meanwhile, spoilers for episode 20 entitled "A Bowl of Cherries" tease that the team will be dealing with a hacker, states Buddy TV.

"NCIS" Season 14 spoilers reveal that a vice admiral will discover that his laptop is infected and will ask for help from the team. However, Quinn will not be working with the team this time, as her mother appears to be in danger.
