Song Joong Ki just recently hinted that he is more than ready to take a break after the success of his "Descendants of the Sun" drama to focus more on his personal life. On top that, the South Korean actor just recently bought a multi-million new home that made everyone think that he is definitely ready to settle down anytime soon. Will he finally pursue his alleged romance with Song Hye Kyo?

Korea Portal reports that Song Joong Ki just purchased a brand new home in the Itaewon area of Seoul which caused him a whopping 10 billion won or approximately $8.9 million. The 602 square meters (approximately 6500 square feet) property was bought by the actor back in January and it has two stories and a basement.

Earlier reports revealed that the 31-year-old actor is set to take a break from work to focus on more important things in his life. “I’ve always spent my life as if I was pressed for time ever since I debuted, [with the mindset of] taking on another production as soon as I finished one,” Song Joong Ki said. “That’s why, this year I’ve briefly stepped away from work and want to try and spend some time just as Song Joong Ki in his thirties.”

With a brand new luxury home, many took it as a sign that Song Joong Ki may be ready to have a love life. Since the "Descendants of the Sun" actor is only linked to Song Hye Kyo, many are convinced that the duo may finally be taking their work relationship to the next level.

Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki's W Korea  magazine interview also sparked rumors that the actor is taking a time out to settle down. Song Hye Kyo rumored boyfriend talked about being a good father and husband among all things.

"My dream is to build a family. It's not to be a successful in my profession," Song Joong Ki told the mag. "I adore my newborn nephew. Looking at my brother who just had his baby, I keep thinking, 'Someday, I might all be the same.'" The "Descendants of the Sun" actor then added, “Acting is a unique profession. As an actor, it’s important to strike and balance between work and family. Ultimately, I want to be a good father and a good husband."
