"General Hospital" will be airing its annual Nurses' Ball this Tuesday and it looks like the ball will end in a fire. Spoilers for the upcoming episodes of the ABC soap opera reveal that Sonny and Carly will finally avenge their son, Morgan's death, which may have high costs for Ava. Will she die?

"General Hospital" spoilers reveal that the Nurses' Ball might see the death of Ava Jerome, as the ABC soap opera kicks off its annual Nurses' Ball this Tuesday, May 23. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the teaser promo for the upcoming event showed that Carly and Sonny will find out the truth behind Morgan's death.

Sonny and Carly will reportedly decide to put aside their differences and misunderstandings in the upcoming "General Hospital" episode and confront Ava. While the two may not have any plan to kill Ava, the latter will react violently and will set the room on fire.

This would leave Ava stuck in one corner of the room while the room is blazing with fire. "General Hospital" spoilers are noting on the possibility that Ava will die from this incident and will soon say goodbye to Port Charles for good.

"General Hospital" spoilers from Soap Hub also notes that Griffin will notice that something is different while taking to Anna. There are also rumors that Kirsten Storms will be returning to the ABC soap opera as Maxie.

Maxie's return to "General Hospital," however, may pose certain consequences for Nathan and other characters. There are rumors that Maxie may decide to divorce her husband once she finds out what he has been doing since she was gone.
