G-Dragon 2017: BIGBANG Star To Release New MV Before Solo World Tour

G-Dragon has been in the industry for quite a long time and he has even earned the title of the King of K-pop. While the highly-successful South Korean boy band, BIGBANG, which he is a part of, is currently in hiatus as a band, G-Dragon took this chance to focus on his individual career.

G-Dragon, real name Kwon Ji-yong, is launching his solo world tour soon but Koreaboo revealed that the 28-year-old South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, record producer, and fashion icon will be releasing a music video before his much-awaited concert. The BIGBANG star’s management, YG Entertainment, even confirmed this exciting update.

“G-Dragon is filming his music video today but we can not disclose the exact location and concept,” a statement released by YG Entertainment read. The agency also noted that G-Dragon is already preparing for his epic comeback.

Although nothing much is said about G-Dragon’s music video yet, people are already anticipating its huge success. It has been a long time coming for the BIGBANG leader to have his solo tour again and K-pop fans are already hanging on to any update about this upcoming MV.

Not only is G-Dragon making his comeback but YG Entertainment is also coming back in full force! The South Korean entertainment company just put AKMU, Winner, SECHSKIES, PSY, Ikon, and G-Dragon’s fellow BIGBANG member Taeyang back in the spotlight to remind everyone that they are the top agency out there with mega-successful artists.

Meanwhile, with oldest BIGBANG member, T.O.P, already serving his mandatory military service for three months, it is expected that the rest of the members will be enlisting themselves soon as well. G-Dragon's solo world tour trailer seemingly revealed the path that he's going to take after his highly-anticipated concert.

When performers reveal their teasers they usually include some easter eggs that people normally miss out until they figure it out while watching the full music video or concert. But G-Dragon did not even have to hide what's going to happen as his world tour's title is “Act III: Motte, Moment of truth the end" as stated in the promo trailer. Adding "The End" on his title certainly doesn't sound encouraging for the fans.
