Shia LaBeouf is no longer a guarantee for a successful movie after he reached his peak in "Transformers" franchise. His latest movie "Man Down" experienced a very embarrassing flop in UK Box Office, selling only one ticket in the opening weekend.

The opening weekend for "Man Down" grossing only £7 ($8.70) in its opening weekend in the UK according to box-office data from ComScore and reported by Daily Mail. With that amount of revenue, the indie movie is only selling one ticket. This also shows that LaBeouf's name is no longer a guarantee for a movie's success in the box-office. While in the U.S. the movie performed better, grossing $454,490.

"Poor Shia. That opening could be in the Guinness World Records or something,” said a senior media analyst at ComScore Paul Dergarabedian. The major flop of "Man Down" in the UK market, which was produced at the $560,000 budget, was really unexpected. This is the worst ever box-office result ever recorded in the history of the motion picture.

This failure of "Man Down" have clearly shown the direction where the 30-year-old actor should take. Following success in the big budget feature films such as "Transformers" and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull," LaBeouf become more interested in taking part in the indie movie projects. Unfortunately, he did not make a good impression with his acting skills, which only suitable for the popcorn movies such as "Transformers."

Following the "Transformers," LeBeouf still become the media interest. Unfortunately, the media is not interested in his works, but more on his life off-screen as reported by Variety. He was arrested for alcohol related issues and later he tried to gain media attention by participating in art installation to protest U.S. President Donald Trump.
