Drake Has Not Been Arrested For Nightclub Brawl With Chris Brown

Despite reports that Drake will be arrested for the fight between him and Chris Brown at a club in New York City earlier in the week, this is not true.

According to TMZ, who spoke with law enforcement sources there are ""no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time." Reports had been circulating that unless Drake had agreed to surrender himself to police by the end of the week, that he would be arrested at his concert tonight, but that is not the case. However, Drake has upped security for the concert tonight.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has said that he has evidence that Drake threw the first bottle, but has not presented or elaborated on it.

According to Global Grind, Brown and Drake would like to just drop the situation.
