Beyonce sure does know how to make her fans feel special. Today Beyonce posted a special message to her fan Timmy Kelly. Kelly was born blind and with cerebral palsy, but didn't let his disabilities get in his way. The18-year-old just graduated from Lower Moreland High School in Huntingdon Valley, PA and will be attending Temple University's Boyer College of Music and Dance in the fall.

"The first time I met Timmy Kelly was in 2007, backstage at the Grammys," Beyonce wrote on her website. "He was only 13 and he touched my heart with his voice and his love of music and life. He is 18 now and he's just graduated high school - I'm so proud of him! Timmy was born blind, and with cerebral palsy. But this never slowed him down - he has proven to everyone, that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and work hard. In Philadelphia, he's known as the good luck charm to the Eagles and whenever he sings the National Anthem before a game they always win. His strength and determination is an inspiration. Timmy was just accepted to the Temple University's Boyer College of Music and Dance. Congratulations Timmy! Love, B."

In addition to being able to sing "Irreplaceable" with Beyonce, Kelly has also met Stevie Wonder, Ludacris, Carrie Underwood and many other big name celebrities.

Congratulations Timmy!
