'Teen Mom 2's" Jenelle Evans In Jail

Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans isn't having the best of luck. The reality star mom and her fiance, Gary Head, are in jail.

Head and Evans were reportedly partying with friends when the two got into an argument. During the altercation, Head allegedly "hit her numerous times." When the cops came, Head was arrested for domestic violence and Evans for drug possession. If Head, who is a marine, is found guilty he could face serious drug time and could be dishonorably discharged from the military.

This isn't the first altercation the couple has been in. Back in April it was reported that the pair got into a fight and Head became physical with Evans. However, Evans didn't press charges because she "didn't want to press charges to jeopardize his career." By May, the pair were back together and on May 16 they became engaged.

Evans, who's mother currently has custody of her son, Jace, has had problems with the law in the past. While still with ex-boyfriend, Kiefer Delp, Evans was arrested numerous times for drug possession and was also in trouble for a fight that went viral on the web. The reality star's probation just ended.
