50 Cent was involved in a car crash early this morning on the Long Island Expressway. 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was being driven on the expressway when he was rear ended by a mack truck, according to the rap mogul's official website. Jackson's driver was also hospitalized.

Pictures on Jackson's official website show him being taken from the scene wearing a neck brace while on a stretcher.

The accident seems to be the other driver's fault. The truck driver told police that he lost control of the vehicle after his load shifted and slammed into Jackson's SUV almost flipping the car.

Despite the scary accident, it seems Jackson is going to be OK.

"He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries," his rep told E! News in a statement. "He was released this morning and is doing fine."
