Leonardo DiCaprio is putting his Malibu house on the market, and it could be yours for the scant price of $25 million. The house, which DiCaprio bought 10 years ago for a paltry $6 million, faces the famous Los Angles beach area and has been recently renovated by the actor.

DiCaprio selling his home wasn't his first choice -- he recently tried to rent the place for $150,000 per month. However, it appears that there were not bidders, as he has since listed his house on the market.

DiCaprio's Malibu home is 2,633 square feet, and has six bedrooms and a guest house. The house has Cape Cod-styled architecture and has an expansive garden.

"Completely renovated from head to toe, this unique home also includes private parking, maid quarters, gardens, lawns and private beach entry making it one luxurious beachfront compound," Trulia said in an online listing for the property.

This isn't the first time Leo has put his house on the market -- he listed the same house for $9 million in 2008. We'll see if anyone bites at the increased price.
