Bobby Brown, former husband of the late Whitney Houston, has pleaded not guilty to the DUI charge he is facing after being arrested last month. The singer entered his plea on Friday, and is currently scheduled to appear in court on December 13 in Los Angeles.

Bobby Brown was arrested on October 24 on suspicion of DUI after he was spotted driving erratically. The 43-year-old singer was administered a sobriety test by police, but failed those tests and the breathalyzer, according to the Inquisitr.

The arrest was Bobby Brown's second DUI arrest of 2012 and third overall. The singer is facing charges of DUI with a prior conviction, driving on a restricted license and driving without his court-ordered dashboard Breathalyzer ignition interlock device. He pled not guilty to all of the charges.

The judge accepted the plea, but ordered Bobby Brown to attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings each week.

Brown is currently on three-year probation after his second DUI charge in March.
