Chris Brown Domestic Violence Call? Police Arrive After Hoax; 5 Other Celebrity 'Swatting' Victims

Another victim of "swatting" has been identified as Chris Brown. He was the latest celebrity to have cops come to his home unannounced according to The Daily Mail.

A phone call to authorities on Monday evening claimed that a mother and a father were in the middle of a domestic dispute and that the father was going to get a gun. The address was in the Hollywood Hills and when police showed up (probably with guns drawn), the home was empty and it was discovered that the home belonged to Chris Brown, who has had his own issues with domestic violence.

Police found no evidence of a gunman or a dispute. Brown was not home at the time of the incident.

This is the fifth phone hoax being called "swatting" that has overtaken Hollywood. As reported on idigitaltimes.com yesterday, Kris and Bruce Jenner were swatted last Friday night. Members of the LAPD, LAPD SWAT and helicopters surrounded their Calabasas house after the hoax call.

Other victims of swatting include Tom Cruise, Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber.

Since we are talking about Chris Brown, this would be a good time to mention the Brown/Rhianna sighting of the day. The two were spotted at Greystone Manor Supper Club in Los Angeles. They both left in separate cars but their reps have confirmed that the two are working on a song together.
