Is Kim Kardashian's divorce from Kris Humphries affecting her pregnancy? According to TMZ, Kim made an urgent call to her doctor in the middle of the night claiming she had severe pains.

After the doctor examined her, he came to the conclusion that the problems were "largely stress related." But what could this multimillionaire possibly be stressing out about?

Almost a year ago Kim filed for divorce. Now their divorce continues to drag out - unlike their super-short, 72-day marriage.

Us Weekly recently reported that Kris' attorney, Marshall Waller, argued Kim's "urgency" isn't what it appears to be. "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

Oh, Kimmy! Looks like you just got burned! Waller questions why Kim would get pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West's child while going through divorce proceedings.

Legally, Kris could lay claim to baby Kimye unless Kim and Kanye can present "clear and convincing evidence" to a judge that Kayne West is, in fact, the father. Hmmm. How would that play out? Weekend visitation rights? Joint custody? Kim better deal with this SOON.

Kris wants to get the marriage annulled on the alleged basis that Kim deceived him. And, according to US Weekly, Kris won't go down without a fight. "It's sad Kris is playing this game, a source said . "Kim doesn't think he can be happy until he moves on."
