Lindsay Lohan Mocks Kanye West, Justin Bieber and Herself on 'Chelsea Lately' [VIDEO]

Lindsay Lohan hosted Chelsea Lately on Monday and made jokes at the expense of many Hollywood stars including herself.

Lohan filled in as the guest host for Chelsea Handler on E! It was the first high profile appearance for the Mean Girls star who left rehab on July 30. Lohan took a self deprecating approach to the responsibility and made reference to her plight. She joked that Handler was seen moving into her old room at Cliffside.

"As you all know, for the last 90 days I've been on a lovely court-ordered vacation in Malibu. But on a real note, it was really great and wonderful. It was. So, I've been through a lot lately, and I've got a lot of people to thank for that, most notably the celebrities who kept the tabloid industry alive in my absence," Lohan said.

One of the tabloid staples of the past few months has been New York politician Anthony Weiner. The mayoral candidate has been mired in controversy over renewed allegations over sexting. She thanked him for having an unlimited texting plan. The actress also took aim at Kanye West and his exploits.

"How come when Kanye acts like an idiot, he gets a gold record, but when I act like an idiot, I get a police record? I still haven't figured that out," she said.
