Kourtney Kardashian News: Michael Girgenti Claims Mason As Biological Son, Sues For Custody

Kourtney Kardashian has been hit with a paternity lawsuit involving her 3-year- old son, Mason, TMZ reported Friday.

Michael Girgenti filed legal paperwork on Thursday with the claims that he and Kardashian engaged in a sexual relationship in 2008. He alleged that he and Kardahashian began a texting relationship in August 2008 and that the two started a physical one in March 2009.

Girgenti described that Kardashian explained she and boyfriend, Scott Disick, were no longer together. It then led to their encounter and allegedly he and Kardashain had "unprotected vaginal sex." Girgenti said that Kardashain gave birth to her eldest nine months later in December 2009.

Girgenti has demanded a DNA test for him, Mason, Kardashian and Disick. He is also asking for joint custody.  Girgenti  also declared that Kourtney's daughter bears a resemblance to him as well. A hearing has been set for next month.  Kardashian has not made any public comment nor has she tweeted about the matter but the lawyer representing her called the accusations "false and defamatory."
