Lindsay Lohan News: Partying All Night After Rehab?

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of partying just days after her release from court ordered rehab, Page Six reported Thursday.

Sources told the site that the 27-year-old actress was partying all night with Max George of The Wanted Wednesday night in Los Angeles.  The all night party allegedly took place at Mondrian West Hollywood.  Sources said that the Mean Girls startlet was there with her younger sister Ali and spent much of the evening with her ex-boyfriend, George.

"The party went on all night long and was so loud that guests were complaining," the source said.

Lohan was apparently so disoriented that she needed assistance by security by 7 a.m. the following morning.

"There were so many complaints about the noise that hotel staff had to shut the party down and Lindsay had to be taken out of there by security at 7 a.m. She was with her sister, and people who saw Lindsay when she left the hotel said she looked a total mess. She looked so beat up," the source said.

This version of events has been disputed by those close to Lohan. Her representative said that Lohan did attend the party but did not behave in a manner that would impact her sobriety.

"She is friends with Max and did visit him, but everything else is untrue," the source said.
