Kourtney Kardashian Denies Paternity Suit Alleging Model Fathered Son Mason

Kourtney Kardashian has denied allegations that a model fathered her 3-year-old son, Mason, TMZ reported Friday.

An attorney for the reality TV star offered a statement to the celebrity entertainment website.  Michael Girgenti was called a liar who has been selling false stories about the family for years. Todd Wilson said that this was merely another money grab and attempt for publicity. Wilson asserted that Scott Disick was the boy's biological father.

"We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading.  His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client," Wilson said.

Girgenti filed legal paperwork on Thursday with the claims that he and Kourtney engaged in a sexual relationship in 2008. He alleges that he and Kardahashian began a texting relationship in August 2008 and that the two started a physical one in March 2009.

 Girgenti described that Kardashian explained she and boyfriend, Scott Disick, were no longer together. It then led to their encounter and allegedly he and Kardashain had "unprotected vaginal sex." Girgenti said that Kardashain gave birth to her eldest nine months later in December 2009.

Girgenti has demanded a DNA test for him, Mason, Kardashian and Disick. He is also asking for joint custody.
