Kourtney Kardashian was warned by the male model who is suing her over the paternity of her 3-year-old son, Mason, RadarOnline reported Monday.

Michael Girgenti filed legal paperwork on August 8 with the claims that he and Kourtney engaged in a sexual relationship in 2008. He alleged that he and Kardashian began a texting relationship in August 2008 and that the two started a physical one in March 2009.

Prior to involving the courts, he issued an ultimatum to Kardashian that was dated April 2013. He demanded to be a part of Mason's life or else.

"Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously," the note read.  "Because if you don't, I will be forced to take legal action and sue."

Girgenti explained to Star in its latest issue why he wrote the letter and proceeded forward with his bid for custody. He stated it was Kardashian's last chance to do what was right in his eyes.

"My next step will be to take her to court and sue her for a paternity test. I'm tired of not knowing if Mason is my child and I want the constant wondering to end," he said.

A hearing has been scheduled for later this month, but Kardashian has already denied the allegations through her attorney. Todd Wilson issued a statement on August on August 9 to deny that his client was ever involved with the male model or that he fathered her child.
