Wilmer Valderrama Tweets Sweet and Romantic Birthday Message to Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato's special day would not be complete without a birthday message from her rumored boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, Us Weekly reported Wednesday.

Valderrama is not afraid to show the world just how much he adores Lovato. The That '70s Show alum sent a sweet and romantic birthday message to Demi Lovato for her 21st birthday.

On August 20, Wilmer took to his Twitter page to express his affection and admiration for The X Factor judge. "I've been so proud of the strength & commitment you've gained 4 life, keep inspiring us all! Happy birthday my @ddlovato! With & by u always," Wilmer tweeted.

The two first dated in 2010 then broke up. They were rumored to be dating each other again in 2011 but broke up again. Since then, the two were linked to different people. Now, the rumor mills have been spinning ever since the two have been spotted having a romantic dinner at Takami Sushi & Robata Restaurant on Valentine's Day.

 "They ordered almost everything on the menu, but they didn't touch it for at least an hour. They stared into each other's eyes the whole time," according to a source.

Lovato has been silent on the issue but revealed that she was ready for love this year. She granted an interview to Cosmo on Campus in February.

"I'm in a place where I can finally trust and love and be a better person for the man I am in a relationship with, instead of being a clingy girlfriend or getting jealous," she said.  "It is very unhealthy when girls devote all of their time to a guy and forget their friends and family. I did that. I was always looking for distractions because I was so afraid of being alone."
