Kourtney Kardashian Paternity Scandal: Male Model Fails Fails Lie Detector Test

A male model who has sued Kourtney Kardashian over the paternity of her sonnever had sex with her, RadarOnline reported Thursday.

Michael Girgenti  has claimed that he is the biological father of 3-year-old, Mason Disick and filed a lawsuit in August to assert his parental rights.

"After the news broke last August that she was pregnant and I did the math, I started to think, 'That kid could very well be mine.' I've sent Kourtney emails over the winter, saying we need to talk about it - but she hasn't replied. Now it's to the point where I flat out just need to know if that's my son," he told Star Magazine in March.

Kardashian countered with a DNA test that proved boyfriend Scott Disick is the father of her young child.

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," Kardashian said.

"While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies -- especially when the truth was never in doubt -- this story must be put to rest."

Girgenti  doubted the authenticity of the test but an appearance on a television show has further put into question his allegations. In a September 17 airing of the The Trisha Goddard Show, he failed a lie detector test. It was determined he was not being truthful about having slept with Kardashian.
