Who would ever think that being a DJ can make anyone a multimillionaire? Calvin Harris topped Forbes's World Richest DJ and actually made $46 million in one year, according to Us Weekly.

Years ago, Adam Wiles was working in a grocery chain. He didn't have a college degree and gave up on his dreams of being a successful musician. He thought he was stuck in the grocery store for the rest of his life.

But now, the 29-year-old DJ is the richest DJ in the world earning $46 million in only one year. He has a tattoo that says "Enter With Boldness" which has become his mantra.

"The rise of dance music has been astronomical in the last three years and I happened to be in the right place at the right time," he said, "I made that decision completely by accident.

Harris had more than 150 performances for 2012 and stated that he has a workman-like attitude when it comes to high-paying gigs that are still coming in.

With more than $46 million of earnings, the DJ, had a bigger annual income than the likes of Katy Perry and Rihanna. According to Forbes, Harris earned the bulk of his income from his life on the road where you can get as much as $300,000 just for one night. Harris had a lot of these gigs because of the large number of people he can attract to clubs.
