Matthew Mosshart and Fiancée Kelly Osbourne, Happy and In Love

Matthew Mosshard was the perfect partner to Kelly Osbourned as they attended the BeautyCon 2013 at Hollywood's Siren Studios, where many girls, majority of which are teenagers, got sneak peeks in the latest beauthy and lifestyle products.

E!'s Fashion Police co-host posed for a few photos with Mosshart and the couple looked madly in love with each other. An eyewitness at the NYX Cosmetics and StyleHaul-sponsored event said to PEOPLE, "Kelly mentioned if she could have one beauty invention, it would be condensing her energy into a perfume bottle for daily use."

Mosshart seemed excited for their upcoming wedding as people overheard him talking about their engagement and saying that the wedding will not be set for another year yet. The source added: "He gushed about how nice it has been being in California with Kelly full-time, since he made the decision to move there with her permanently." 

According to Perez Hilton, Osbourne is aware of the sacrifices that Mosshart has made, "Matthew made the biggest sacrifice anyone's ever made for me, to move away from everything that he knew to be with me in LA. Long-distance relationships often don't work out. We'd dated for a year and knew we wanted to be together. Matthew has broken down every one of my walls. There's nothing I wouldn't do in front of him."

The two first met in July 2011 at the wedding of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince. Shortly after they met, they began dating.
