Lindsay Lohan: Half Sister Ashley Horn Has Plastic Surgery to Look Like 'Mean Girls' Actress

Lindsay Lohan's half sister, Ashley Horn, has gotten plastic surgery to look like the Mean Girls actress, Life and Style reported in its current issue on newsstands.

Horn shared with the publication that she has had $25,000 worth of procedures to look like her famous half sister. Her Houston-based surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose performed the surgeries on the 18-year-old.

"I've gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks," Horn said.

The 18-year-old is a product of an affair that Michael Lohan had with Horn's mother, Kristi. At the time, Michael was still married to Lindsay's mother, Dina.

"My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old," she said.

Horn was pleased thus far with the results. She felt her improved looks were superior to the Mean Girls actress.

"I'm hotter than Lindsay!," she said. "I have no problem saying that."

Despite their similarities, Horn did not want to emulate her sister's behavior. Lindsay has been arrested multiple times and has been in rehab six times.

"I'm not Lindsay. I wasn't raised in that family," she explained, adding that she doesn't have a relationship with the Lohans - and doesn't want one. "I don't drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person."
