Kerry Washintgton is still mum about her pregnancy but she did share her favorite snack as well as her thoughts about motherhood.

Most pregnant women crave sweets or more food when they're pregnant, but the very petite Scandal actress is sticking with healthy snacks. Her favorite snack? A Glowing Green Smoothie, one of Kimberly Snyder's organic smoothies reported People.

This green smoothie has all the healthy food that you need: celery, lettuce, spinach, apple, pear, bananas, etc.  (The recipe for the smoothie can be found below).

Washington has been known from eating really healthy and following a "clean" lifestyle.

In her Nov. 14 appearance on Ellen, Washington disguised her growing baby bump. She wore a blue flowing floral dress that kept the focus off her torso, reported Daily Mail. Many people were commenting on how great she looked and how pregnancy was agreeing with her.

Even though her own motherhood was not discussed, DeGeneres asked Washington about her own mother and what she thought of the collection of magazine cover that Washington has.

"Your mother must love this," DeGeneres said.

"Well, I actually, I put her in charge of all that," Washington answered. "I put her in charge of all of that because like early on I figured, well you know, I might have a grandchild one day who wants to see this stuff, but I don't want to live with this stuff in my house. So I send it all to my mother and she archives it. She gets to be proud."

So, while we're all waiting for the baby bump, here is the recipe for the glowing green smoothie.
