Taylor Swift looked hot and sexy at the recent 2013 Amercan Music Awards.

She was wearing a Julien Macdonald mini dress that showed off her legs and arms.

The "Everything has Changed" singer's body looked tone. However, she doesn't go to the gym just to stay in shape.

E! News asked her about her fitness remigen and she said: "I do things that don't feel like working out, like I dance a lot, I do a lot of hiking."

"In my mind, if it seems like I'm working out, I don't want to do it," she continued.

Despite that, the country singer said that she still have to do the traditional exercises.

"If it's like the middle of winter or something, I'll go on a treadmill," she said. "I don't like it, I don't enjoy it, but you have to stay active, I guess."

According to Healthy Celeb, Swift also does an hour long of cardio exercise whether on her treadmill or her elliptical trainer, no matter where she is.

Healthy Celeb also reported that the 23-year old love to eat but is on a diet plan. She binges on water and keeps away from sugary drinks. She also eats light on weekdays and has what the website called "cheat weekends" when she can drink and eat as much as she wants.
