Sharon Osbourne appeared on The Graham Norton Show on Friday night, Nov. 29 and gave the world too much information about her personal parts that appear to be very private.

Graham Norton asked  Osbourned which of her cosmetic surgeries had hurt the most, she replied with a very shocking revelation, Us Weekly reported.

"[The worst was] having my vagina tightened," she said to Norton. "Oh, it was just excruciating."

Fellow guest Colin Farrell asked what was involved in the procedure, she pulled the actor in for a hug then joked: "I'll show you later."

When she was asked if it was worth it, she answered: "My husband thinks so. It's back the way God wanted it to be."

Jo Brand, comedian, quipped: "I did mine with a sewing machine."

The Osbourne matriarch is pretty open about the fact that she has undergone plastic surgery. "There's not one thing I haven't had lifted, cut or sewn back on," she told American talk show host Anderson Cooper.

In her recent autobiography Unbreakable, Osbourne said enough is enough.  "There are two main reasons. My family - and Ozzy especially - are terrified about me going under a general anaesthetic uneless I absolutely have to. There's only so much the human body can take - and mine does not need any more stress placed on it in my endless pursuit of youth."

She also explained her separation and reconciliation with Ozzy Osbourned and said it was due to a relapse in the part of Ozzy, The Hollywood Gossip reported.

She explained: "It was the combination of drugs and drink and it was like, 'No, not again,' so I moved out.

"We are back together and it is all down to him, he is on the 12 steps and he is clean and sober. He stopped because he knows what he was going to lose, not just me but everything. He says we're like bread and butter. We fit together so perfectly. We are a team and the hardest thing I ever had to do was walk away."
