Sherri Saum is Pregnant with Twins!

A representative of Sherri Saum announced on Tuesday, Dec. 3, that the actress is pregnant and expecting twins.

"The actress and her husband Kamar de los Reyes are so thrilled to welcome the little ones into the world in early summer," the statement said, Us Weekly reported.

The actress also tweeted a sonogram picture with the caption: "Remember that flu I had a while back? Yup. Here a picture of it: pic.twitter.com/Wnu5uXg9rD."

This is the 39-year-old actress' first child. She and de los Reyes have been married since 2007. They split their time between New York City and Los Angeles.

There has been no word yet on how it will affect the ABC show Fosters. Saum plays Lena Foster who is a school principal who agrees to foster a girl named Callie without asking or discussing it with long-time partner.

Suam thanked the congratulatory messages and tweeted about whether it will be incorporated in the show: "Thank you so much!! No plans to add it to the show at this time. You know Hollywood has a lot of magic tricks ;)"
