Eva Longoria Has Been Named Maxim's Woman of the Year

Eva Longoria has been named Maxim's 2014 woman of the year.

The 38-year-old actress has topped Maxim's list of the hottest woman of the year again. She was the 2005 and 2006 cover girl of the magazine and is on the January/February 2014 cover of the magazine.

In the cover Longoria was wearing a romper and showed some cleavage. She was wearing black eyeliner and let her wavy hair down.

The Desperate Housewives star joked that she loves her pictures, particularly because she has been on the cover of the magazine for eight years.

"It's especially awesome after how long it's been since my first cover," she said. "I've had a beautiful relationship with Maxim over all these years. When someone sees the cover of this issue, they're going to say, '¡Que rico!' ... [You] say it when something is really good."

Even though she has sex appeal, she said to the magazine that she is more than just a pretty face.

 "One thing people are usually surprised about when they get to know me is how domestic I am," Longoria said. "So when you see the sexy Maxim cover and then you put it against me in an apron with flour in my hair, it takes a moment to reconcile that image."

Longoria is also finishing her master's degree. She even asked to reschedule for the interview because she wanted to finish her thesis. "I was like, 'My brain can't jump that fast from a Maxim interview to a thesis!'" 

Longoria also reminisced about being a chameleon back in the days. "Back in high school I really was the chameleon, too. I got along with the honors math club, then I would go to cheerleading practice, and then I was a band geek as well."

She is currently dating Televisa president Jose "Pepe" Antonio Baston.
