Carole Radziwill and the cast of The Real Housewives of New York are returning to Bravo for a sixth season this March, and ahead of their big debut, Carole is speaking out, telling all about the craziness that is to come.

“This season looks very different from the last one — there will be the usual screaming, crying and drinking, of course. But let me put it this way, this season Ramona is the voice of reason – well, with a few hiccups,” Carole told All Things Real Housewives, adding that although there is tons of drama, she wouldn't necessarily compare the series to RHOA or RHONJ. “I wouldn’t compare any of the shows, just like I wouldn’t compare the cities. New York has it’s own unique style of drama. But on a scale from 1 to bat shit crazy? It’s bat shit.”

“There will be the usual screaming, crying and drinking, of course. But let me put it this way, this season Ramona [Singer] is the voice of reason – well, with a few hiccups,” Carole continued.

For Carole, this will be her second season on the show. Following a massive cast change during season four, she was brought onto the show by longtime friend Andy Cohen.

"I've known Andy Cohen a long time, and he asked me one night at dinner if I'd consider doing the show. Bravo wanted to replace half of the New York cast and I suppose he thought I'd make a good addition. Andy is extremely astute and has a sixth sense about what an audience will like, and how to make a dynamic ensemble cast. And I made a decision I thought would be interesting for my life at the time," she said. "Initially, my big concern was not understanding what the job really involved. I was worried it would take me away from my other job, writing, which requires calm and introspection. Let's just say it's been an exercise in exposure management."

As for how she deals with all the madness, Carole explained, “Tequila. That seems to work pretty well.”

The Real Housewives of New York season six premieres on Mar. 11 at 9 p.m.
