Farrah Abraham was recently accused of attempting to hire a fake boyfriend to star alongside her on Couple's Therapy, but oddly, Abraham's father doesn't see anything wrong with her actions. Instead, he is standing by her, defending her and claiming they were simply part of the industry of reality TV.

"Let the truth come out!" Michael Abraham wrote on Facebook. "Supporters, we love you, wish you only the very best and appreciate each and every one of you! … Haters, I can only pray for you and hope only the very best for you with hope that your heart will warm and your judgement traits will cease."

Within moments, many of Michael's followers weighed in, criticizing Farrah for her Couple's Therapy appearance which they claimed was "staged for publicity." He posted the comments on Jan. 9.

Weeks ago, Farrah's alleged boyfriend claimed to Radar Online that he and Farrah were never an actual couple and had engaged in a fake courtship solely to land a spot on the show.

One follower replied to the post, saying, "We have all heard the negative about [the] supposed publicity stunt … [which may have been concocted] to keep her relevant, which means financial gain."

In response, Michael told the follower, "Shellie, is there something wrong with financial gain? We all work in some type of industry … and [the reality TV industry has] their twists and process, that if you're not in that industry, it's hard … to understand."

Michael will be appearing alongside his daughter Farrah on an upcoming episode of Couple's Therapy which airs every Thursday on VH1 at 9 p.m.
