Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have been dealing with scandal since last month, after reports claim McDermott engaged in an affair while in Canada for work. However, Spelling isn't ready to pull the plug on their marriage. Instead, she's determined to fix their issues and make it work.

"[Spelling] once said she would never split up her family, and she seems to mean it," a source close to Spelling told PEOPLE Magazine on Jan. 30. "However, after the latest cheating rumors, Tori must have put her foot down. She likely gave him an ultimatum."

That ultimatum is rumored to be making McDermott go to rehab, which he did last week.

Aside from that, Spelling appears to be going on with life as normal.

Still, it's hard to juggle the pressures of supporting her family with the infidelities of her husband.

"She's a very hands-on mom," said another source. "[And] she's the financial force behind their family. She's the one who is ultimately responsible for supporting their family. The pressure on her has always been enormous. It's always been important to her to keep her husband happy, even when it's hard for her because she's been sick or pregnant. So the fact that, after all that, he cheated on her so publicly is devastating."

"I'm sure Dean is suffering as well right now. He's a good person in so many other ways and he truly loves Tori," the source added. "She's not going to give up without a fight, and neither is he. Her family was always her dream come true, and it's going to be hard for her to give up that dream. They both love their family."

On Jan. 23, Dermott entered a Los Angeles rehab facility to "address some health and personal issues."
