Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z are in great shape just weeks after completing their 22-day vegan challenge, and in a new interview, Beyonce's personal trainer and CEO of 22 Days Nutrition, Marco Borges, is speaking out about the details of Beyonce's diet and how she and Jay-Z stay in shape.

"She is all about health and wellness. She just wants to feel good," Borges explained to E! News on Feb. 14.

While doing the vegan challenge, which is a plant-based, gluten-free diet, Beyonce's go-to snack was "the 22Days Nutrition bars. Her favorite flavors are Peanut Chocolate-Chip Nirvana, Cherry Chocolate Bliss and Pineapple Chocolate-Chip Wonder."

Although she and Jay-Z completed the challenge last month, Beyonce has continued to be strict with herself when it comes to what she puts in her body, and hasn't gone back to her old ways. Instead, she's based her diet around plants, as it was during the challenge, and added in the flexibility of being able to eat fish as well.

As for how she keeps her body looking thin and fit, Borges revealed that she did tons of "body-weight squats, lunges and pliés, along with plyometric exercises and sprint intervals."

And she's not alone in her fitness goals -- Jay-Z is right alongside her, working out with his wife when he can.

"They're like every other couple, they love spending time together, they'll work out together whenever its possible, whenever their touring schedules allow," Borges said. "They'll absolutely jump in the gym together whenever they can, she'll be running and he'll be on a bike, or she'll be jumping rope and he'll be running."
