Taylor Swift's Stalker Threatens The Lives Of Anyone Who Comes Between Them

Taylor Swift has been granted with a restraining order after a man who claimed to be her husband threatened the lives of anyone who got in between them -- including Secretary of State John Kerry.

According to a March 3 report by TMZ, Swift filed legal documents recently, in which she claims Timothy Sweet has continued to contact her via email, letters, and social media posts since Jan. 2011

In one message sent to Swift, Sweet reportedly wrote, "If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault." In another, he said, "Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate."

He also told readers, "My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills. I am in love with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life."

As a result, Swift has been left in fear of her safety and the safety of her family, which led her to court recently where a judge ordered Sweet to stay 100 yards away from her and three members of her family.

Sadly, this isn't the first time Swift has dealt with a stalker.

In Dec. 2012, a 24-year-old man named Jacob Kulke was arrested at the country star's Nashville home after hoping her fence in an effort to give her a birthday surprise. Following his arrest, Kulke vowed to remain in contact with Swift.

Then, in May 2013, Lucas Vorsteveld, 22, was arrested at Swift's Rhode Island home after he attempted to swim to the property and meet the singer.
