Khloe Kardashian Purchases Justin Bieber's Calabasas Mansion

Khloe Kardashian has just purchased Justin Bieber's former home in Calabasas.

After moving out of the home she shared with estranged husband Lamar Odom, Kardashian will be setting up shop at the infamous home of the pop star, who is currently living in Atlanta.

Us Weekly confirmed the news on March 6.

Kardashian's new 10,000+ square foot home is located at The Estates in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas, and features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Bieber purchased the home in April 2012 but quietly put it on the market after a few highly-publicized incidents with his neighbors, one of which has become the focus of a felony vandalism investigation.

According to Zillow, Bieber's former home was purchased by Kardashian for $6.5 million.

Earlier this year, the mayor of Calabasas, Fred Gaines, addressed the town's situation with Bieber.

"The fact that a talented international musician like Mr. Bieber chooses to live in Calabasas is certainly a feather in our cap and a tribute to our safe and beautiful community," Gaines told the L.A. Times in January. "[But] the peace and privacy of our residents is the city's top priority. We have unfortunately had a number of breaches of the peace related to Mr. Bieber and his residence, and the sheriff has acted appropriately in addressing those incidents."

Joining Kardashian in The Oaks is her sister, Kourtney, and her longtime boyfriend Scott Disick. The pair recently purchased the home of Keyshawn Johnson, who reportedly lived within walking distance of Kardashian's new home.
