Nick Cannon is planning to marry Mariah Carey on the moon.

The couple, who originally tied the knot in 2008, renew their vows every year, and for their 2014 renewal, Cannon wants to leave Earth.

"I'm planning something a little more adult this year," Nick told Life & Style at QVC's 5th Annual Red Carpet Style Event. "The moon! I don't know how we're gonna get there, but I'll set it up."

Although the couple has two young children at home, two-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, they make an effort to keep things hot in their relationship, which for them, involves role playing.

"We both like to dress up," he explained. "That's what we love to do, and it keeps the fun going."

After meeting in early 2008 on the set of Carey's music video for "Bye, Bye," Carey and Cannon got married (on April 20, 2008), at her private estate on Windermere Island in The Bahamas.

Every year since, they have renewed their vows.

Last year, on May 1, 2013, Cannon and Carey re-enacted a fairy tale during their "Fantasy" wedding at Disneyland, shutting down the entire park to celebrate their special day. The event marked the couple's fifth wedding anniversary and honored their twins' second birthday, as well.

In 2012, the couple renewed their vows at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Following their Disneyland ceremony, Cannon spoke to E! News, hinting that their 2014 would be a small gathering.

"I don't know what we're gonna do next year, I think we're just gonna keep it simple. Maybe we'll do hillbilly wedding or something," he joked.
