Justin Bieber Sells Remaining Property In Los Angeles

Justin Bieber is completely done with Los Angeles.

In addition to selling his Calabasas home, the pop star has now sold the land next door, leaving him with no remaining properties in L.A.

According to TMZ, Bieber recently sold the Calabasas lot beside his former home for $2.775 million after purchasing it for $2.35 million in 2012. The deal is set for close in 30 days.

In recent weeks, Bieber had been on the hunt for a new home in Los Angeles, but ultimately decided to call off the search and stay in Atlanta, where he's currently renting the 5,500 sq. ft. home of record producer Dallas Austin.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Khloe Kardashian purchased Bieber's Calabasas home
for $7.2 million. Bieber initially purchased the home back in 2012 for just over $6 million.

In the months leading up to his move, Bieber had experiecend several issues with his neighbors, starting with complaints about his driving. Folllowing one particular incident in May 2013, Bieber got into an altercation with former NFL pro Keyshawn Johnson in regard to his careless driving.

Several months later, in Jan. 2014, Bieber was accused of causing $20,000 worth of damage to his neighbors property with a massive egg attack. As a result, Bieber's home was raised and his roommate, Lil Za, was arrested for drug possession.

Bieber is currently facing a felony in the egg attack case.
