Taylor Swift's mom and dad have reportedly turned into stage parents as they gain more and more control over her career.

According to a Page Six report, Scott and Andrea Swift's difficult and controlling behavior has led to several staff members quitting their company, 13 Management.

“Taylor’s parents are incredibly difficult to deal with," a source told the site. "Their expectations are enormous, and they are very hard to please. They want to pay as little as possible and treat people like s**t, because they think those people are lucky to have the chance to work with a superstar like Taylor."

Last month, Taylor's publicist Paula Erickson resigned after giving 60 days' notice after working for the star for nearly seven years. Months prior, Taylor's business managers, Flood, Bumstead, McCready & McCarthy, also resigned. A second source added that 13 Management has had a revolving door when it comes to its staff.

Scott and Andrea married in 1988 but have reportedly been separated since 2012. In July 2012, Radar Online reported Scott and Andrea had split after nearly 25 years of marriage -- and that Taylor wasn't taking the split too well. As for Scott and Andrea, they have been stressed over the split as well -- but have agreed to wait to divorce for Taylor's sake.

“They are not on the same page and don’t even like to be in the same room," the source alleged. "Andrea requests that her husband not be present at meetings. Taylor is incredibly smart and professional, but at some point she’s going to need her parents to stop, before it turns into a total Katherine Heigl ‘momager’ situation.”
